Long ago, there once lived a great and mighty interstellar society, who in their pursuit of knowledge, invented the means to cross the stars instantaneously, by controlling the network of wormholes that spun the galaxy. Those times ended in disaster, and the survivors have now been enslaved by their enemies, never again to relive the delights of deciding their own destiny….Until now.

This is this story is about a sassy but fearless Android girl, Janus, who after being reactivated in a strange room with no memory, finds herself embroiled in a strange journey across the scorching deserts of the artificial world of Hyperborea.

Accompanied by her fussy A.I companion NISU, Janus has but one mission, to liberate Hyperborea’s impovished citizens from the dark alien forces oppressing them. Intense trials, and high adventure await to challenge our mechanical heroes, as they continue to find new allies and forbidden knowledge along the way.

The future and the legacy, of an entire lost civilisation, rests heavily on Janus’ metal shoulders, for the final key to the Freedom of the Alepon race lies with her. Only she can find the gate, only Janus and her newfound friends, can find and open the Transit Mirror!
